Northumberland Youth Wellness Hub
Welcome to the Youth Wellness Hub Northumberland!
We are a welcoming, accessible, free to use service for youth aged 12-25 years across the county. YWHO Northumberland is dedicated to connecting young people from across Northumberland County to the right services, at the right time, in the right place. When youth walk through our doors, we want to meet them where they’re at and prioritize the creation of healthy, safe and meaningful relationships amongst peers, staff and families.
We offer a combination of clinical and social supports which changes the dynamic of care and ensures that if and when young people are ready to connect, we’re here to support them regardless of what that looks like. We are offering services virtually and a limited in-person service at community locations. These FREE Services are available through our website, via self-referral without OHIP.

- Primary Care — Full-time Nurse Practitioner on staff [In person]
- Mental Health/Substance Use Services — Individual & Group Support [In Person & Virtual]
- Peer Support — Mentorship and support from someone who’s been there [In Person & Virtual]
- Community & Social Supports — Education/Career Planning, Housing Navigation, ID Clinics, etc
- Skills & Wellbeing Activities — Workshops, Demonstrations, Cultural Activities, etc.
- Transportation — Available For Clinical Services
- Drop-in Hours — Study Space, Pool Table, PS5, Weekly Dinners, Access to Laundry Machines, Shower Facilities, Community Cupboard, Food Pantry... and more!
